Personal, Professional & Global
Did you know there are 3 aspects to your purpose i.e. You have a Personal Purpose, Professional Purpose and Global purpose. For most people when you say "Purpose" they jump to Global Purpose because it is commonly known as your calling. We are here to serve the highest good, through serving each other.
However, for you to effectively pursue your Global Purpose you need to be fit in your mind and your body. This is accomplished by attending to your personal needs/purpose i.e ...to blossom , shift from overwhelm to ease and overflow. You need to boost oxytocin "the ease hormone" so that your body calms down , and your mind can focus and you can receive inspiration from above.
Then, how can you fuel/ fund your Global purpose...you need money and this is taken care of by your Professional Purpose i.e . to create prosperity. So even as your ministry needs money to flourish and impact many people, you also need needs taken care of so that you can devote yourself wholeheartedly to your mission.
The example of Jesus in the Bible comes to mind as he was said to devote time to prayer and fellowship so he could stay connected to the divine power, he was a carpenter by profession so he could support himself and his ministry (he at one time sent his disciples to go and buy food for the masses) and his disciples had their own trades. He went about teaching, healing and working miracles because he was walking in overflow , not overwhelm.
So let us not forget the important aspects /elements of our purpose and thus become unbalanced. Give yourself time to nourish your mind, body and soul through participating in activities that support your personal purpose. Lets get out of the BUSYNESS and attend to real Business.
